Edition 2025 — Latiano Food Festival

The 2025 edition of the Latiano Food Festival took place on July 12 and 13 at the Piazzale dei Musei in Latiano, in the province of Brindisi. For two evenings, the square was transformed into a large open-air restaurant, with Apulian food stalls, wines, craft beers, and live music, following the "Live it, eat it, listen to it" formula managed by the Officina delle Idee association.

Latiano Food Festival 2025

The Latiano Food Festival 2025 took place on July 12 and 13 at the Piazzale dei Musei in Latiano, in the province of Brindisi. For this edition, the Officina delle Idee cultural association once again set up a large open-air restaurant in the heart of the Upper Salento.

The public was able to taste traditional Apulian specialties—fresh pasta, grilled meats, dairy products, and typical fried treats—accompanied by local wines and craft beers. The two evenings, enlivened by live music according to the slogan "Live it, eat it, listen to it," confirmed the event as one of the most popular in the Latiano summer, included in the Municipality's "Latiano, a summer of events" calendar.
