Edition 2025 — Lanciano Carnival
In 2025, the "Grosso Grasso Carnevale" of Lanciano held its 3rd edition on Monday, March 3, in Piazza Giovanni Paolo II, in the Santa Rita district. The day was organized by the Municipality of Lanciano together with the Santo Spirito Parish and the Omnis Terra association.
From 3 PM, the "Banda e Majorettes città di Atessa" performed, accompanied by an exhibition of papier-mâché floats created by the parish youth. From 4 PM, entertainment for children included bubble shows, cotton candy, and baby dance sessions by the Praticabile Cooperative. At 6:30 PM, the mask parade took place, and at 7:30 PM, the event concluded with the Carnival blast by Pirotecnica Lanci.
