About Lake and Guest Festival
The historic festival of Rivoltella
From August 6th to 9th, 2026, the Lake and Guest Festival returns to Rivoltella, a district of Desenzano del Garda in the province of Brescia, for its 58th edition. It is one of the longest-running and most beloved events of the Garda summer, attracting residents, vacationers, and tourists every year to the charming port of Rivoltella.
Four evenings of taste
The heart of the festival is its gastronomy: every evening, starting at 7:00 PM, the stands offer local cuisine and wines. Risottos, traditional pasta dishes, and lake specialties are paired with local labels in a convivial atmosphere that is the hallmark of the event.
Music, entertainment, and sports
The four evenings offer entertainment for all tastes and ages: musical performances begin every night at 9:30 PM, accompanied by entertainment from the Los Caballeros sambadrome. There is no shortage of sporting events, with the beach volleyball tournament on Saturday and foosball on Sunday.
A tradition of volunteering
The Lake and Guest Festival is organized by the Cuori Ben Nati volunteer group, with the patronage of the Municipality of Desenzano del Garda. Admission is free and open to everyone: a chance to experience the authentic atmosphere of a lakeside village in the heart of summer, amidst tradition, flavors, and fun.
Lake and Guest Festival — edition 2026
58th edition, from August 6 to 9, 2026
The Lake and Guest Festival returns to the port of Rivoltella from Thursday, August 6 to Sunday, August 9, 2026, for its 58th edition. Food stalls open every evening at 7:00 PM, and from 9:30 PM, the stage hosts a different musical performance each night. Admission is free.
The menu celebrates local Brescian and lakeside traditions, featuring risotto, gnocchetti, tortelli, casoncelli, Brescian-style spit-roasted meat, pike 'alla barcarola', mixed fried fish, mixed grilled meats, sliced horse steak, and donkey stew, accompanied by side dishes and desserts.

How to get there
Rivoltella can be reached from Desenzano del Garda, which is served by the railway station on the Milan–Venice line and the Desenzano exit of the A4 motorway. The port of Rivoltella is the eastern district of the municipality.
Costs
Free admission. You only pay for what you consume at the stands.
