Edition 2025 — Laas Cabbage Weeks

The 2025 edition of the Laaser Krautwochen took place from October 18 to November 2, 2025, in Laas, Vinschgau Valley. The highlight was the October market in the Market Square on Saturday, October 24, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, featuring local products, cabbage dishes, and atmospheric music. The program also included tasting excursions, the harvest festival, and sauerkraut specialties in local restaurants.

Laaser Krautwochen 2025

The 2025 edition was held from October 18 to November 2, 2025, in Laas. As per tradition, the heart of the event was the October market in the Market Square on Saturday, October 24 (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM), with local products, cabbage and sauerkraut dishes, and background music.

The program included MarmorGenussFührung (tasting excursions) on October 25 and 31 at 11:30 AM, a lecture on the immune system according to Kneipp on October 26 at the Laas library, and the harvest festival on October 29 with the harvest float. Throughout the period, village restaurants offered sauerkraut-based specialties, while shop windows displayed traditional cabbage figures.
