La Trìpa de San Basiàn is a well-established event in Pizzighettone's winter calendar. Organized by the Lions Club Pizzighettone Città Murata, the event features tripe prepared according to the traditional recipe and other typical Cremonese dishes in the heated casemates of the Walls. Held around the feast of patron saint San Bassiano, the festival combines gastronomy, tradition, and solidarity, offering visitors an opportunity for conviviality in the heart of winter, with proceeds going to the club's charitable initiatives.
