La Tavolata 2025
The 2025 edition of La Tavolata was held on Friday, August 29, in the San Marco District of Rovereto, winding through the streets of the historic center. As per tradition, the district's restaurateurs — including Bottega Bontadi, Alimentari Finarolli, Amaranta, Locanda al Castello, and Ristorante il Doge — transformed the streets into a grand gastronomic trail with special dishes for the occasion.
The white dress code, the district's color, and the completely plastic-free formula were also confirmed in 2025, with the invitation to bring plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from home. The evening was accompanied by live music and DJ sets at various points in the neighborhood. The event was paired with the Sbaracco, scheduled for the following day in the city center.
