La Poltrona Blu, the suspension before the relaunch
Before its return in 2026, the La Poltrona Blu festival had experienced a period of interruption. The tradition of summer cinema at the Municipal Theatre of Vattaro, carried out for years by the Pro Loco on the Vigolana Plateau, had stopped due to financial difficulties.
In 2025, the administration of the Municipality of Altopiano della Vigolana and the new management of the Pro Loco began working on recovering the initiative, with the goal of repopulating the theatre and restoring a beloved cultural event to the community. This path would lead, the following year, to the official relaunch of the festival.
