La Pagliara Maje Maje

The 2025 edition confirmed the strong roots of the Pagliara Maje Maje in the community of Fossalto. The arboreal rite, with the protagonist covered in branches and flowers and accompanied by the bagpipe, paraded through the historic center, welcoming the arrival of spring. Amidst blessings, tastings of local products, and music, the day combined the sacred and the profane in the name of rebirth. The organization was handled by Pro Loco "Eugenio Cirese" with the Municipality of Fossalto.

The 2025 program followed the traditional structure: blessing and procession of the Pagliara in the morning, exchange of the floral cross and tastings at noon, itinerant lunch, and musical events in the afternoon and evening.
