Edition 2025 — La Griglia Condivisa

On April 25th, the Area Feste in Guardistallo hosted the traditional La Griglia Condivisa feast, organized by the Pro Loco with the support of the Municipality. The formula remained the same: a large communal grill available to everyone, with each participant bringing what they wished to cook and sharing lunch with others, in a village festival atmosphere open to families, friends, and visitors to the Val di Cecina.

La Griglia Condivisa is one of the convivial events with which the Pro Loco of Guardistallo enlivens the village in the Val di Cecina, in the Province of Pisa. On April 25th, the local Area Feste transforms into a large open-air table: everyone brings food to cook on the communal grill and shares the lunch with other participants.

More than just a barbecue, it is a moment of community designed to rediscover the simplicity and pleasure of being together, in the tradition of Tuscan popular customs. An occasion appreciated by locals and visitors alike to experience Guardistallo in its most authentic form.
