Edition 2025 โ La Collina Sale Sempre
The second edition of the widespread contemporary art festival opened on June 21, 2025, at ARTEFORA, in Castiglione Tinella (province of Cuneo), before spreading over a month to Castagnole delle Lanze, Barbaresco, Santo Stefano Belbo, Neive, and Alba. Twenty-two artists from Italy, Latvia, Argentina, and Peru animated churches, cellars, and traditional spaces with site-specific installations.
Among the highlights were the solo exhibition of Latvian artist Mฤris ฤaฤka, artist-in-residence in Castiglione Tinella, and the Past_Present section dedicated to Nedda Guidi, featuring the 1977 work De-posizione presented at the Old Parish Church of Sant'Andrea. The focus on Latvian art brought works by Ritums Ivanovs, Sigita Daugule, Vineta Kaulaca, and Kristina Elettra Rubine to the Langhe. Each inauguration was accompanied by workshops, meetings, and guided tours to connect art, rural architecture, and the region's productive heritage.
