Edition 2025 — Cascina Theatre Season
The 2024-2025 season at La Città del Teatro in Cascina stood out for a programme rich in illustrious names and contemporary themes. The stage on Via Tosco Romagnola hosted performers such as Ottavia Piccolo in Matteotti. Anatomia di un fascismo by Stefano Massini (8 November 2024), Concita De Gregorio in L'origine del Mondo (29 November 2024), Ambra Angiolini in Oliva Denaro (11 January 2025), and Pippo Delbono with Il Risveglio (14 February 2025).
Closing the season on 16 April 2025, the great quick-change artist Arturo Brachetti performed SOLO. The Legend of Quick-Change. Alongside the evening shows, the Domenica a Teatro series offered 20 performances for families, confirming the role of the Cascina theatre as a cultural landmark for Cascina, the Province of Pisa, and all of Tuscany.
