Edition 2025 — La Cantera Tournament
The seventh edition
The 7th edition of the La Cantera Tournament took place in June 2025 on the municipal fields of Gissi, in the province of Chieti. The event, spread over several days throughout the month, involved young grassroots football talents in a series of matches followed by families and fans. Local Abruzzo broadcasters covered the event with dedicated highlights: among the documented days were the second and the fifth, the latter held on June 27, 2025. The edition confirmed the tournament's role as a summer reference point for youth football in the Middle Vastese, continuing the tradition of the sixth edition held in June 2024.
