The fourth edition of L'Invitta 1643 animated Citerna from July 25 to 27, 2025, with a weekend full of events blending history, spectacle, and conviviality.
The event opened on Friday 25th with an inaugural conference by Professor Mario Polia on 'The myth of chivalry from St. Francis to Tolkien', followed by food stands and festive moments. Saturday 26th featured a round table on the Barberini War at the Municipal Library, a conference on the restoration of the city's statute and the manuscript 'Citerna Liberata', historical games competitions in the afternoon, and the evocative Victory Dinner at the Rocca in the evening.
