L'Aperossa

L'Aperossa 2025 - 11th Edition

The eleventh edition of L'Aperossa brought La Villetta Social Lab in Garbatella, Rome, to life with a rich calendar of meetings, workshops, urban walks, talks, and screenings. Each evening, the festival concluded with an Italian or international film, preceded by the Tre minuti di vita segment and the Cinegiornale della pace.

The themes addressed ranged from the right to the city to the memory of labor struggles, from the LGBTQ+ movement to women's rights, and from the environmental crisis to Palestinian cinema. Guests included Luciana Castellina, Sonia Bergamasco, Jasmine Trinca, Andrea Pomella, and Riccardo Noury. The project, promoted by Rome Capital as part of the Estate Romana, reaffirmed the festival's participatory and grassroots vocation.
