In 2025 too, the slope of Monte Ingino transformed into the World's Largest Christmas Tree, with the official lighting on December 7th, the eve of the Immaculate Conception. The hundreds of coloured lights, connected by thousands of metres of cables, outlined the usual giant silhouette that rises from the walls of Gubbio to the Basilica of Sant'Ubaldo, where the star of over a thousand square metres shone.

The illumination remained visible every evening until January 11, 2026, accompanying the city's Christmas initiatives and the 'Adopt a light' campaign. As every year, the work was entirely created and maintained by volunteers, confirming the strong bond between the tree and the identity of the Gubbio community.
