Edition 2025 — Km Zero Festival

The 2025 edition of the Km Zero Festival was held in Fosdinovo from Friday, June 20 to Sunday, June 22, at the Audiovisual Museum of the Resistance. Three days of short-supply-chain dinners with typical Lunigiana products, including sgabei, cured meats, cheeses, and zero-kilometer vegetables, in a convivial atmosphere enlivened by the Archivi della Resistenza.

In 2025, the Km Zero Festival enlivened Fosdinovo from June 20 to 22 at the Audiovisual Museum of the Resistance. Every evening, dishes were cooked exclusively with local short-supply-chain products: the appetizer of sgabei with cured meats, cheeses, and zero-km vegetables opened dinners dedicated to traditional Lunigiana cuisine. The opening day included a book presentation and an aperitif at 7:00 PM. The cost of the dinner was €25 (€20 reduced for students, temporary workers, and self-reduction), confirming the popular and solidarity-based vocation of the event.
