Edition 2025 — Klausen klingt

The third edition of Klausen klingt took place from August 21 to 23, 2025, in Chiusa, South Tyrol, centered around the theme "Wohin" (Where). Three days featuring eighteen musicians from Central Europe wove together early music, literature, and dance in the village's most evocative settings, from the Sala Walther to the Sabiona Monastery and the parish church of Sant'Andrea.

Klausen klingt 2025 — the "Wohin" theme

The third edition of Klausen klingt was held from August 21 to 23, 2025, in Chiusa (Klausen), on the theme "Wohin" (Where). The festival brought together eighteen Central European musicians for an interdisciplinary journey through music, literature, and dance.

  • Thursday, August 21 — musical reading "Mein Brenner" in the Sala Walther;
  • Friday, August 22 — musical walk to the Sabiona Monastery, with scenic performances and wine tasting;
  • Saturday, August 23 — closing concerts in the parish church of Sant'Andrea with the Cardinal Points and freymut ensembles.

Admission was based on voluntary donations, with a suggested minimum contribution. The event reaffirmed its role as a key cultural appointment of the summer in the Isarco Valley.
