Edition 2025 — Jisce Sole
Jisce Sole 2025 — the 11th edition
The eleventh edition of Jisce Sole was held in Mutignano, a hamlet of Pineto (Teramo), on the weekend of June 28 and 29, 2025, with activities starting from 5:00 PM. Organized by the Mutignano Eventi Cultural Association, the festival featured the rituals of the summer solstice and St. John's Eve.
Events included: the preparation of St. John's waters with wild herbs and flowers, folk dance workshops, the cummare e cumbare a fiure ritual, and traditional songs and dances until nightfall. The village also hosted a craft market, local products, and food stalls with Abruzzese specialties. The event was part of the summer program "Colora la tua estate — Pineto Summer 2025".
