Edition 2025 — Jesi Food Fusion

The Jesi stop of the Food Fusion 2025 project took place on Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7, 2025, as the third and final stage of the provincial review promoted by CNA Agroalimentare of Ancona, after Fabriano (March) and Osimo (May). For two evenings, the venues in the historic center of Jesi offered ethnic menus and fusion pairings between Italian cuisine and traditions from around the world.

Jesi Food Fusion 2025

In 2025, Jesi hosted its own stop of the "Food Fusion" project promoted by CNA Agroalimentare of Ancona, scheduled for Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM. The Jesi evening concluded the provincial tour which, in the same year, had also included Fabriano (March 21-22) and Osimo (May 9-10).

In this edition too, the venues in the historic center offered special menus built on the fusion of different cuisines, with ethnic aperitifs and dinners designed to create a dialogue between Marche traditions and international flavors. A format that confirmed its ability to liven up the center of Jesi and enhance the creativity of the restaurateurs of the Vallesina region.
