Italian Tractor Pulling Championship in Villanova

The 2025 edition, held on Saturday, August 23, in the Villanova di Cepagatti (PE) arena, marked the historic debut of Tractor Pulling in Abruzzo and the southernmost point in central Italy. Valid as the sixth and penultimate stage of the Italian Championship, it featured over 40 teams competing in the Prosport 36 and 42, Tractor Diesel, Prostock, Light and Heavy Modified, Limited Superstock, Limited Modified 45, and Truck categories.

Despite a violent rainstorm that caused an interruption of about two hours, the event attracted approximately 5,000 spectators. In the Pro Stock category, the Sassuolo-based tractor "Stars & Stripes", a multiple Italian champion, took the win with a pull of 100.12 meters. The event was organized by Agrisportabruzza asd in collaboration with Tractor Pulling Italia.
