Edition 2025 — Italian Oyster Fest

In 2025, the Italian Oyster Fest confirmed La Spezia as a national reference point for Italian oysters, with three days of tastings, masterclasses, and meetings on the Passeggiata Morin. Dozens of producers from all over Italy animated the festival, with cooking shows and insights into the supply chain.
