Italian Crossbow and Slingshot Championship

The 2025 edition of the Italian Crossbow and Slingshot Championship confirmed Floriano di Campli as one of the reference venues for the national FIGeST circuit of traditional sports. Competitions for historical handheld crossbow and slingshot were held at the shooting range managed by ASD La Fionda Floriano, with category titles awarded.

The Campli-based club, led by Giorgio Pompa, brought its vocation for inclusion to this edition as well, distinguishing itself at the national level for the participation of visually impaired athletes. The event thus combined the promotion of an ancient discipline with the promotion of the Campli territory, in the province of Teramo, in the heart of Abruzzo.
