Edition 2025 — Republic Day La Spezia
In 2025 too, La Spezia celebrated Republic Day with events in the heart of the city. The civil commemorations of June 2nd combined institutional moments and initiatives open to the public, in anticipation of the special 2026 edition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Republic.
As every year, on June 2nd, 2025, La Spezia celebrated the Republic Day with ceremonies and initiatives in the city centre. The anniversary, one of the most heartfelt in the Italian civil calendar, involved institutions and citizens in a moment of shared celebration.
The celebrations set the stage for the special 2026 edition, when the Ligurian capital will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Republic's founding and women's first vote with the grand "Italia Donna 1946-2026" show.
