In 2025, Isolstizio did not take place: the event had been on hold for years due to earthquake damage to the historic center of Isola del Gran Sasso d'Italia and the subsequent reconstruction. The festival, born in 2011, only returned in 2026 with its sixth edition, after an eleven-year wait.

Isolstizio in 2025

In 2025, the Isolstizio festival was not held. The event in Isola del Gran Sasso d'Italia, in the province of Teramo, had been suspended for years due to damage caused by earthquakes to the ancient village's heritage and the long reconstruction phase of the historic center.

Born in 2011 and having reached its first five editions, the festival experienced an eleven-year hiatus. The return occurred only in 2026, with the sixth edition hosted once again in Piazza Contea di Pagliara, in the heart of the Castello dell'Isola.
