Edition 2025 — White Truffle Fair
60th edition - The sixtieth anniversary
The 2025 edition celebrated the milestone of sixty years of the fair's history, unfolding over four November weekends with an opening ceremony on Saturday, November 1st, at the Conti Theater. In Piazza Enrico Mattei, the usual large market for fresh white truffles welcomed thousands of visitors.
Among the culinary guests on stage were starred chefs Giacomo Devoto and Davide Oldani, while celebrity cooking featured Giancarlo Magalli, Tiberio Timperi, and the famous Giorgione, Giorgio Barchiesi. On November 8th and 9th, the National Competition of Truffle Cities was held, involving some of the most important Italian entities linked to the precious tuber, while the final weekend was dedicated to cultural exchanges and solidarity.
