Edition 2025 — International Street Food

The ninth edition of the Syracuse stop of the International Street Food festival took place from Friday, December 5, to Monday, December 8, 2025, on Via Agatocle, near Piazza Euripide. Four days of celebration with food trucks and stalls dedicated to street food from five continents, ranging from Italian specialties to international flavors, accompanied by craft beers. Free admission and continuous service until midnight.

International Street Food Syracuse 2025

From December 5 to 8, 2025, Via Agatocle, in the Piazza Euripide area of Syracuse, hosted the ninth edition of the Syracuse stop of the International Street Food festival. The inauguration took place on Friday, December 5, at 6:00 PM, while on the following days (December 6-8), the stalls remained open with continuous service from 12:00 PM to midnight.

The gastronomic village offered a journey through the flavors of the world: Abruzzese arrosticini, Neapolitan fried pizza, Apulian bombette, Cinta Senese burgers, and porchetta d'Ariccia, alongside Argentine and Mexican cuisine, Spanish paella, Hungarian kürtős, and American pulled pork, all accompanied by a vast selection of Italian and international craft beers. The event, with free admission, was organized by A.I.R.S. in collaboration with Confartigianato Imprese Siracusa and supported by the Municipality of Syracuse.

Programme

Friday, December 5: inauguration at 6:00 PM, stands open until midnight. Saturday, December 6 - Monday, December 8: continuous hours 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Italian specialties (arrosticini, fried pizza, bombette, porchetta d'Ariccia, Cinta Senese burgers) and international (Argentine, Mexican, Spanish paella, kürtős, pulled pork), craft beers.
