Edition 2025 — International Street Food

From June 6 to 8, 2025, International Street Food stopped in Martinsicuro on the Lungomare Europa as the 56th stop of the 9th national edition. Organized by Alfredo Orofino's A.I.R.S., the event opened the town's summer event calendar with dozens of food trucks and specialties from five continents, from Abruzzese arrosticini to paella, from Argentine cuisine to Hungarian kurtos, accompanied by craft beer.

The 2025 edition of International Street Food in Martinsicuro took place from Friday, June 6 to Sunday, June 8, 2025, along the Lungomare Europa, with opening hours on Friday from 6:00 PM and continuous service on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM until midnight. It was the 56th stop of the 9th edition of the national tour organized by A.I.R.S. - Associazione Italiana Ristoratori di Strada, led by president Alfredo Orofino.

As highlighted by the municipal administration, the event marked the opening of Martinsicuro's summer event calendar. Gastronomic offerings included: Abruzzese arrosticini, paella, Hungarian kurtos, fried pizza, fried fish, pulled pork, olive ascolane, Apulian bombette, Argentine and Mexican cuisine, as well as a selection of Italian, European, and international craft breweries. Free admission for everyone.
