Edition 2025 — International Street Food
The ninth edition of the travelling tour
In 2025, International Street Food travelled across Italy with its ninth edition, confirming itself as the most important travelling event dedicated to street food in the country. Organised by A.I.R.S. - Associazione Italiana Ristoratori di Strada (Italian Association of Street Restaurateurs), the festival made stops in numerous cities, offering a gastronomic journey through Italian and international flavours in each square.
The established format includes food trucks and stands with specialities from various Italian regions and numerous countries worldwide, craft beers, and options for every need, including gluten-free choices, always with free admission. The 2025 stops served as a prelude to the tenth edition, which in 2026 brought the festival to Lugo's Pavaglione as well.
