Edition 2025 — Nativity Scene Art Exhibition
The XXIV edition of the International Exhibition of Nativity Scene Art animated Città di Castello from November 29, 2025, to January 6, 2026, recording an attendance increase of over 20%. In the Crypt of the Cathedral Basilica, over 170 works from 64 Italian and foreign exhibitors were displayed, showcasing the schools of Naples, Catania, Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria. Among the new features were a large 5x4 meter nativity scene from Lazio dedicated to the Jubilee and the 800th anniversary of St. Francis, a collection of dioramas inspired by Venetian monuments, and about 30 statues of the Baby Jesus made over the last three centuries. A special section commemorated Gualtiero Angelini, founder of the exhibition, on the tenth anniversary of his passing. Hours: Thursdays-Sundays, public holidays, and days before public holidays, 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM / 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
