Incontro Internazionale Polifonico Città di Fano

The 52nd edition of the Incontro Internazionale Polifonico Città di Fano, titled "Terra di mare, un mare di voci" (Land of the sea, a sea of voices), was held from August 24 to September 7, 2025, with over 20 choral events, more than 600 choristers, and two orchestras.

Among the most applauded moments were: the opening concert by the Filipino choir DYCI Dagalak at the Pinacoteca San Domenico, the Requiem by Mozart in the rare version for choir and four accordions in the Basilica di San Paterniano, the National Chamber Choir of Armenia with the Divine Liturgy of Komitas Vardapet, and the renowned Slovenian choir APZ Tone Tomšič. The edition celebrated the five hundredth anniversary of the birth of Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, culminating in the choral marathon on September 6 and the grand finale concert of the UT Choral Academy. All events were free admission.
