Edition 2025 — Immaculate Conception Tarallo Festival

The second edition of the Immaculate Conception Tarallo Festival took place on December 7 and 8, 2025, in the Municipal Pine Forest of Via Maurizio Lettieri in Gravina in Puglia, set up as a Christmas village. Two days of markets, tastings of the Gravina tarallo and typical Murgia products, festive lights, a Santa Claus Village, children's entertainment, and the Tarallo Urban Fest dedicated to urban art. The donation of taralli to the pediatric ward of the Murgia Hospital was also a key highlight.

The 2025 edition of the Immaculate Conception Tarallo Festival, organized by the Associazione Obiettivo Giovani APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Gravina in Puglia, enlivened the Municipal Pine Forest on December 7 and 8. The park was transformed into a small Christmas village with lights, stalls, and the scent of freshly baked tarallo. The heart of the event was the tasting of the Gravina tarallo, a Traditional Agri-Food Product, accompanied by the flavors of the Murgia. Alongside the food, the urban art of the Tarallo Urban Fest and the Santa Claus Village for families were featured, in addition to the charitable gesture of donating taralli to the young patients of the "Fabio Perinei" Murgia Hospital.
