Edition 2025 — Sassongher Illumination
The 2025 edition
The 2025 edition of the Sassongher Illumination took place as per tradition in the pedestrian area of Corvara in Badia, along Str. Col Alt. The Colfosco-Corvara brass band opened the evening with their customary parade in traditional costume, followed by a concert featuring a repertoire of folk and modern melodies.
The most anticipated moment was, as always, the illumination of Mount Sassongher, managed by members of the Aiüt Alpin Alta Badia Mountain Rescue and the floodlights of the Corvara Fire Brigade. The free event confirmed its status as one of the most beloved summer appointments in Val Badia.
