Edition 2025 — Salotto del Cioccolato
The first edition of Il Salotto del Cioccolato was held in Casale Monferrato on April 5 and 6, 2025, in Piazza Mazzini, with stalls open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on both days.
The program featured a cooking show on praline-making on Saturday at 12:00 PM, and at 6:00 PM, the preparation of the 15-meter-long bar which was then distributed to the public; on Sunday at 12:00 PM, the cooking show for the Pralina di Casale Monferrato. Throughout the event, the ChocoBaby workshop for children (3:30 PM - 5:30 PM) and beginner praline-making mini-courses (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, by reservation) took place. The event was organized by the Acai Association with Chocomoments, Botteghe Storiche, and Confesercenti, with the patronage of the City of Casale Monferrato.

On both days: ChocoBaby workshop for children (15:30-17:30) and beginner praline-making mini-courses (10:00-12:00, by reservation).
