Edition 2025 — Il Mattinatale

The fourth edition, titled "Il Mattinatale — Tutta la luce delle feste" (All the light of the holidays), took place from December 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. A month of free events in Mattinata: from the lighting of the illuminations on December 7th to the grand finale of Epiphany in Piazza Aldo Moro, featuring the Living Nativity in Contrada Apollo, Expo Natale markets, musicals at the Municipal Theater, food and wine tours, and concerts in the Gargano village churches.

The 2025 edition of "Il Mattinatale," the fourth, was titled "Tutta la luce delle feste" and enlivened Mattinata (FG) from December 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. Promoted by the Municipality of Mattinata with local parishes and associations, it offered a widespread program across the squares, churches, and streets of the Gargano center.

The Living Nativity, organized by the Mattinata a Cavallo association in Via Archita (Contrada Apollo), recorded over 2,000 visitors on the opening night alone, with dozens of participants reconstructing ancient Bethlehem among workshops and trades. Among the most popular events were the musical "Un vagito nella notte", written and directed by Carlo Tedeschi and performed by the youth of Casa dell'Arte, and the food and wine tours "Wine Xmas" and "Jingle Spritz". The festival closed on January 6th with Befana celebrations, DJ sets, and a show in Piazza Aldo Moro.

Free admission for almost all events; the "Femminile Singolare" show on December 12 was reserved for Mediteatro members.
