Il Gusto delle Stelle – Christmas Edition

The 2025 Edition

The 2025 Christmas Edition of Il Gusto delle Stelle enlivened the historic center of Noci over the weekend of December 6 and 7. Saturday, December 6, opened with the Young Marching Band; from 6:30 PM, children's shows featured the Compagnia dei Birbanti puppet theater, flag-wavers from the Avium Sodalitas group parading through the streets, and Santa's Grotto set up in the old town, with reggae and Christmas music by Rhomanife closing the evening.

On Sunday, December 7, Piazza Garibaldi hosted an aperitif with AIS Puglia sommeliers, DJ sets, a cartellate workshop for families, and the Bassa Musica of Molfetta. Along the food and wine route, visitors enjoyed traditional pasta dishes, fried salt cod, cardoncelli mushrooms, sweet and savory pettole, roasted chestnuts, hot chocolate, and porchetta sandwiches, paired with wines from over thirty Apulian wineries. A portion of the proceeds was donated to the ZOE Association.
