The tenth edition of Il Gusto del Pollino took place from October 11 to November 9, 2025, at the Viggianello Municipal Amphitheatre, every weekend, featuring mushrooms, chestnuts, cured meats, cheeses, and typical Lucanian dishes.

The 2025 edition of Il Gusto del Pollino, the tenth, enlivened Viggianello from October 11 to November 9, every weekend, at the "E. Morricone" Municipal Amphitheatre. The Pollino village transformed into a showcase of autumn flavours: mushrooms, chestnuts, cured meats, cheeses, honey, and traditional Lucanian peasant dishes. Alongside tastings, visitors could browse markets for typical products and crafts and participate in food workshops, with events on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings.
