Edition 2025 — Il Borgo di Natale

The inaugural edition of Il Borgo di Natale brought a Christmas village with wooden huts, craft markets, and local products to Fondo, in the municipality of Borgo d'Anaunia in Val di Non, for the first time. The lit path to Lake Smeraldo, snow sculptures, and family entertainment brought the historic center to life between December 2024 and Epiphany 2025, marking the event's success.

The first edition of Il Borgo di Natale debuted in Fondo (Borgo d'Anaunia), in Val di Non, during the winter of 2024-2025, laying the foundations for the event. The historic center was set up with wooden huts, local crafts, and traditional products, while a lit path connected the village to the evocative Lake Smeraldo.

From its debut, the formula combined markets, snow and wood sculptures along the Rio Sass, and a calendar of activities dedicated to children, ensuring the success that led to the second edition the following year. The event highlighted the fairy-tale atmosphere and Christmas traditions of Val di Non, in Trentino-Alto Adige.
