I Sapori del Borgo 2025: the third edition

From September 12 to 14, 2025, the historic center of Custonaci, in the province of Trapani, hosted the third edition of I Sapori del Borgo. For three days, the village lit up with stalls dedicated to traditional Trapani dishes—couscous, busiate, cassatelle in brodo, and spincie—alongside tastings of local products.

The program, curated by the Pro Loco of Custonaci with the support of the Municipality, alternated gastronomic moments with a rich calendar of entertainment: musical performances, cabaret evenings, and talk shows dedicated to the link between food, territory, and identity. An edition that strengthened the event's vocation to enhance the food and wine excellence of western Sicily and promote late-summer tourism.
