HYROX Rome

The 2025 edition

The debut of HYROX in Rome took place from September 26 to 28, 2025, at the Fiera di Roma, in pavilions 3 and 4. The organization recorded approximately 15,000 registered athletes, with 5,000 per day, and an estimated total influx of around 30,000 people when including supporters and spectators.

The major innovation of the Roman edition, never before seen in the international circuit, was the fully outdoor running track, created in the vast exterior spaces of the exhibition center: athletes alternated indoor functional stations with running segments under the late-September sun.

Competition took place in the four classic categories—Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay—with age and gender divisions, on the standard course of eight kilometers of running and eight functional tests. Registrations, with prices ranging from 70 to 120 euros depending on the category and purchase timing, sold out just days after opening. Public entry was free.
