Three days of taste and rights, featuring tastings of innovative products, talks on social inclusion, workshops on medicinal plants and zero waste, zero-mile street food, and evening concerts. An edition that highlighted farms committed to the circular economy and work for vulnerable individuals.

The fourth edition of Hubbuffate, from April 11 to 13, 2025, at the former slaughterhouse in Chieri, offered a three-day program. Friday, April 11, featured the "Giusto e con Gusto" blind tasting (7:00 PM), a talk on social inclusion and rights, and a fixed-menu dinner for €28 to open the event. Saturday, April 12, and Sunday, April 13, the spaces were filled with farm stands, workshops on medicinal plants, zero waste, nutrition, and organic farming, street food, and evening concerts with local artists and DJ sets. The Sunday concluded with wellness workshops, origami and vegetable painting classes, screen printing, and a final zero-mile aperitif. Organized by the ExEat Social Cooperative with Coldiretti Torino and the Fondazione di Comunità Chierese, the edition confirmed the festival's inclusive mission, with activities accessible to people with disabilities.
