2025 Edition
The second edition of the Horse Meat Festival was held in Corato on May 17 and 18, 2025, in the heart of the Old Town, starting at 8:00 PM. The edition saw the participation of 18 food stalls that offered traditional dishes and contemporary interpretations based on horse meat, a specialty of Corato's culinary culture. The tasting ticket, priced at 8 euros, included a portion of meat and a glass of wine, valid for both evenings. Live music enlivened the squares of the historic center, confirming the festival as one of the flagship events of the PrimaVera Fest, promoted by GAL Le Città di Castel del Monte, the Municipality of Corato, and Confcommercio.
