Edition 2025 — Honey Festival
The 2025 Edition
The 32nd edition of the Honey and Medicinal Herbs Festival was held in Casteldelfino, in the Val Varaita, on August 23 and 24, 2025, confirming itself as the last major event of the Occitan summer in the Cuneo area.
Saturday afternoon opened the event with the official inauguration and exhibition stands, followed in the evening by gastronomy and Occitan music with dancing. On Sunday, the village came alive throughout the day between the honey pavilion at the former Casermette, the local products market along the streets and squares, musical entertainment, and the traditional polenta feast by the Pro Loco Casteldelfino Viva.
Among the highlights of the edition, live music, Occitan dances, and performances accompanied visitors and residents throughout the weekend.
