Edition 2025 — Holy Week at the Sanctuary
In 2025, Holy Week at the Sanctuary of Caravaggio marked the days of the Easter Triduum with its usual solemnity. From the Mass of the Lord's Supper on Maundy Thursday, with the washing of the feet, to the Celebration of the Passion and Veneration of the Cross on Good Friday, to the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday and the numerous Masses on Easter Sunday: the faithful of Caravaggio and the Bassa Bergamasca gathered in the Marian basilica to experience the most important rites of the liturgical year, in one of Lombardy's most frequented sanctuaries.
