Historical Re-enactment of the Peace between Crociati and Trinitari

The 2025 edition of the Historical Re-enactment of the Peace between Crusaders and Trinitarians took place in Campobasso in June, as part of the Corpus Domini period. The historical costume pageant—featuring flag-throwers, drummers, trumpeters, squires, and heralds on horseback—animated the historic districts of the center, culminating in Piazza Prefettura.

The event re-enacted the historic reconciliation of 1587 between the Confraternity of Santa Maria della Croce and that of the Trinity, keeping alive one of the most deeply rooted re-enactment traditions of the Molise capital.

In 2025, the re-enactment was spread over several days in June, with the historical costume pageant through the city districts culminating in Piazza Prefettura.
