Edition 2025 — Santhià Carnival
The 2025 Historical Carnival of Santhià was held from February 25 to March 4, confirming its status as the oldest carnival in Piedmont. The event featured the Grand Mask Gala, the traditional Giòbia Grass, and the ceremony involving the handing over of the city keys.
The parades enlivened the center of Santhià with three masked processions and ten allegorical floats, while the Colossale Fagiuolata involved 150 copper cauldrons, 20 quintals of beans, and approximately 20,000 portions served by over 300 volunteers. The festival concluded on March 4, Shrove Tuesday, with the Gianduja Games and the Burning of the Babàciu in Piazza Maggiore.
