Edition 2025 — Prizzi Livestock Fair
SS. Crocifisso Fair 2025
The 2025 edition of the Historic Livestock Fair of Prizzi took place from September 12 to 15, culminating on September 14th, the feast of the SS. Crocifisso. The Foro Boario in Contrada Zachia hosted the Exhibition of Select Cattle Breeds, with Modicana, Cinisiara, and Pezzata Rossa specimens presented by local farms.
Alongside the livestock section, the program featured a large street food area along Via Libertà, active from Friday to Monday from 6:00 PM to midnight, with show cooking and tastings of local specialties. Musical highlights included the concert by Lello Analfino in Piazza IV Novembre and cabaret evenings with the comedy duo Matranga and Minafò, which drew large crowds to the center of Prizzi, in the Sicani Mountains of the Province of Palermo.
