Edition 2025 — Hexa Food

Hexa Food — The Supply Chains of the Hexagon debuted in 2026 as the new food and wine event in Grammichele; therefore, no edition took place in 2025. The festival was created to promote the production chains and excellence of the Calatino, highlighting the bond between food, tradition, and community in the city with the famous perfect hexagonal plan, in the province of Catania.

Hexa Food: an event born in 2026

Hexa Food — The Supply Chains of the Hexagon is a project inaugurated in 2026 by the Municipality of Grammichele, in the Metropolitan City of Catania: in 2025, the festival had not yet taken place. The initiative, co-financed by the Sicilian Region as part of the "Sicilia che Piace" project, was created to promote the food and wine supply chains of the Calatino and the typical specialties of the territory — from salsiccia al ceppo to piduneda, from local cheeses to traditional Sicilian sweets — in Piazza Carlo Maria Carafa, the heart of the Grammichele hexagon.
