Edition 2025 — U Paninu d'a Zita

The 2025 edition of the Harvest Fair and the U Paninu d'a Zita Festival took place in Minervino di Lecce on June 27 and 28, under the slogan "Tradition and Future". Friday the 27th featured a conference on agriculture in the council chamber, while Saturday the 28th hosted the 11th edition of the Paninu d'a Zita in Largo Padre Pio, with the bride's sandwich, local products, and live pizzica by Indiavolati World Music Live.

The 2025 Harvest Fair and U Paninu d'a Zita Festival was held in Minervino di Lecce on June 27 and 28, themed "Tradition and Future". On Friday the 27th, in the Town Hall council chamber, the conference "Agriculture, Innovation and Development. Looking to the Future" opened the event with a reflection on the social and community dimension of Salento agriculture.

On Saturday the 28th, in Largo Padre Pio (Via Pozzelle), the 11th edition of the Paninu d'a Zita enlivened the evening from 8:00 PM with a market of agricultural products and local crafts, tastings of the bride's sandwich with mortadella, wine, lupin beans, traditional sweets, and artisanal spumone, and live pizzica by Indiavolati World Music Live. In parallel, the Harvest Fair brought stalls of local products and ancient crafts to the streets.

Friday, June 27, 2025

  • 7:00 PM — Town Hall council chamber: conference "Agriculture, Innovation and Development. Looking to the Future"

Saturday, June 28, 2025 — 11th Edition of U Paninu d'a Zita

  • From 8:00 PM — Largo Padre Pio (Via Pozzelle): opening of stalls and the market of agricultural products and local crafts
  • Tasting of the bride's sandwich with mortadella, accompanied by wine, lupin beans, traditional sweets, and artisanal spumone
  • Live pizzica with Indiavolati World Music Live (accordion by Donato Vizzino and tambourine by Marco Preite)

In parallel, the Harvest Fair animated the streets of the center with stalls of local products, textiles, ceramics, and ancient crafts, along with the traditional grain threshing demonstration.
