Edition 2025 — Hare Pappardelle and Fried Rabbit Festival

The 2025 edition of the Hare Pappardelle and Fried Rabbit Festival took place at Parco Danielli in Buti over the weekends of August 1-3 and August 8-10. The Contrada La Croce brought back its most beloved dishes, from pappardelle with hare ragù to fried rabbit, with stands open every evening and a free shuttle service on Saturdays.

In the summer of 2025, the Hare Pappardelle and Fried Rabbit Festival returned to Parco Danielli in Buti for two weekends, from August 1 to 3 and from August 8 to 10. Organized by the Contrada La Croce, the event confirmed the success of its signature dishes: pappardelle with hare ragù and fried rabbit, accompanied by grilled meats, craft beer, and homemade desserts.

The food stands opened every evening from 7:30 PM, with table service in the park's greenery and a free shuttle service active on Saturday evenings to facilitate visitors' arrival. An event that drew many lovers of traditional Tuscan country cuisine to Buti.
