Edition 2025 — Hanging Provolone
The first edition of the Hanging Provolone Festival took place in March 2025 in Piazza Europa in Garaguso, organized by Pro Loco Garaguso APS to promote hanging provolone and the flavors of Lucanian dairy tradition.
With the first edition in 2025, the Pro Loco Garaguso APS launched a new festival dedicated to hanging provolone, a specialty of local dairy tradition. In Piazza Europa, amidst tastings, fresh pasta, and typical products, the event was very well attended, laying the groundwork for an event destined to grow in the coming years.
